Me dedico a las humanidades digitales. Mis intereses se centran en la crítica textual y la edición de textos. He publicado las ediciones electrónicas de los Cuentos de Canterbury (http://caxton.dmu.ac.uk), Origen de las especies (http://darwin-online.org.uk/Variorum/) y Cancioneros castellanos del siglo 15 (http://cancionerovirtual.liv.ac.uk). También investigo la historia y el futuro del libro y narrativas transmedia y su relación con el lector actual. Enseño literatura digital y nuevos medios, literatura inglesa y literatura norteamericana. Soy miembro del comité ejecutivo de Global Outlook :: Digital Humanites (http://www.globaloutlookdh.org/nosotros-2/?lang=es).
I am a digital humanist and a textual scholar with a background in English Literature. I have published electronic editions of Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, Darwin's Origin of Species and 15th Century Spanish Cancioneros.
My interests focus on textual criticism with particular emphasis in electronic editing and the use of computer methods to study texts, collation of large textual traditions, the history and future of the book and transmedia storytelling.
I teach digital literature and new media, English and American literature. I am a member of the executive of Global Outlook :: Digital Humanites.
